Minimum stay is two nights for both weekend and midweek

Minimum weekend rate (2 nights) - $950 for up to 6 people. $50 per person per night for guests 7 - 12.

Minimum Midweek rate (2 nights) - $550 for up to 6 people. $50 per person per night for guests 7 - 12.

(Rates may vary for Public Holiday and School Holidays).

Travel cot provided with linen, highchair also provided.

Tariff includes all linen (sheets/towels/blankets/t-towels), firewood and tea & coffee provisions.

We are a smoke free environment.

Deposit Payment Requirements
A 50% deposit is required within 7 days to secure the booking. Once that has been received a detailed receipt and security deposit form will be issued - the security deposit form must be completed and returned with the balance which is payable 10 days prior to the date of arrival. Full access details will be released once this balance and the security deposit form have been received.

Cancellations
A full refund will be given if cancellation is made 21 days prior, however if less than 21 days notice is received the deposit will be forfeited unless a replacement booking is obtained.
